This space is run by me, De Luca Analiyah, and I’m a 17-year-old just like you, navigating a demanding schedule while trying to prioritize feeling good. I know how complicated and intimidating fitness information can be—it often feels like it’s not even made for us!

That’s why I started Girl Gang Gains.

My mission is simple: to create a zero-judgment zone focused on progress, consistency, and supportive community. Here, we cheer each other on, focus on accessible at-home workouts, and learn healthy habits that actually fit into a busy student life.
